Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. If you are in the market for a boat in the West Metro, call Rob at Wayzata. Rob has been exceptional to work with. He helped us choose our boat this winter and met us on the lake to give us a tutorial this Spring. Whenever I've had questions this year, I would text him and he was always available to answer them. Andy in the service Department is also extremely helpful. Basically, the entire operation is a class act. Being in a business that demands a high level of customer service myself, I am very impressed with this company. I highly recommend them.

We bought our second boat from Wayzata Marine at the end of the 2018 season. The entire team has helped from day 1 of our boating adventure teaching us every aspect of boating. They have helped us on what to buy, how to use it and especially what not to do. And of course Andy in the parts dept has been great with us on fixing issues when I have messed up. We love the experience of having our boat in the Marina and always having a helping hand going out and coming back from our adventures. We would not be a boating family if it was not for Wayzata Marine. If you are gonna buy a boat you need to sit and speak to the team here. It makes all the difference in the world.

I purchased a few years ago a wonderful 18 foot Chaparral runabout that we love. The Chaparral and the Wayzata Marine team were so good that I purchase the boat despite my sons working for Brunswick Corp!

Dave and Bob gave us honest opinions when we were shopping for a boat, and we loved the no stress sales approach. Couldnt be happier with our Chaparral 307. What will keep us coming back is the service. Always friendly, always responsive, and they are so much more flexible than other marinas....which has allowed us to boat from early April thru early November. Although we have had very few problems with the Boat, when we do Andy jumps thru hoops to Make sure it is handled quickly and we are back on the water. And the summer dock crew is a bonus....so nice to have Mickey help us with ropes,coolers, and taking the cover off/on.

Last year I purchased a new Four Winns from Wayzata Marine. 15 months later all of my experiences continue to be nothing but positive... From Rob in Sales to Andy in Service, each are always there to help answer any of my questions and promptly fit me in for any warranty or winterizing needs. The customer service has been 2nd to none.

My experience with Wayzata Marine was fantastic. I truly enjoyed my boat purchase experience and that positive experience continued on through the years I kept the boat at the marina. Everyone I worked with was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Wayzata Marine made my boating experience very enjoyable.

The dealership has been great. No complaints on the service dept or sales. They have always been easy to work with. I have bought my last 2 boats from Wayzata Marine and would more than likely buy a 3rd if Rob would give me a decent trade and work on the price of a 297.

Seriously though, Rob and Andy have been great.

We bought our boat from Wayzata Marine back in May of 2016 and the experience was great. We had not owned a boat for many years and the marina was very helpful with sending an employee out on the water with us. He very patiently showed us exactly how to operate the boat, the features of the boat, docking,properlyputting on/taking off the trailer everything' it made us very comfortable with our purchase.

I havenot used the service department but my feeling from the experience of purchasing the boat is that they would be just as caring as the rest of our experience.

When we do decide to upgrade our boat I would not consider going to another dealership other than Wayzata Marine.

I cant think of better guys than Rob, Andy and Troy (the guy that rewired my new Regalwas awesome too) .I refer all of my friends to Wayzata Marine due to them. I have known the owner (mostly his father) for years and they could not ask for better guys to represent Wayzata Marine.

I bought two boats from Wayzata marine (First Four Winns and then Regal) and my buying experience as well as walk through and showing me all the features was wonderful. Lots of time and effort was spent in making sure that I know of every neat feature the boat has. I will continue buying from this Marina since they have large selection of boats to make our short summers enjoyable.

I had a very good experience purchasing my boat at Wayzata Marine. It felt like a family style sale. There were options to choose from - and I felt like the salesman worked with me to find the right fit for my needs as opposed to selling me the biggest boat on the floor. Picked up my boat from a regular service visit today and it was raining like crazy. I was in my work clothes and without even asking, they offered me a rain jacket and helped me get the trailer on the hitch in the pouring rain.THAT'S customer service right there.

Had a great experience working with the guys here at Wayzata Marine. I worked with Regal Rob, specifically. Super helpful salesman. He was the one that convinced us to buy the right sized boat for everything we wanted to do. Ended up buying a used Regal. Have brought it back here for routine service and everything has been great so far. Very nice to have a known service guy on the water too. Great with all sorts of questions on the boat and boating. Would recommend these guys and Regal boats too.
