It feels like winter just started...about a year and a half ago! And after a record breaking snowfall in February (over 40") it sure doesn't feel like we're getting any closer to wake-surfing, cruising, and relaxing on Lake Minnetonka does it? Who has the fast forward button, right?

Well here at Wayzata Marine we'd like to point out that while winter certainly can be tough on us, how do you think the boats feel? Sure, they're wrapped up and tucked in, but they can't do ANYTHING but wait. We can ski, snowmobile, ice fish, travel to warm destinations and otherwise occupy our time. Boats are trapped, and it's not natural for them.

If you look closely at the picture below you might see tears on the bows.

And how about all of the boats waiting to meet their new owners? It's been a busy Fall and Winter and we have tons of sold boats just waiting to show off their skills! We're pretty sure they've been talking in their sleep at night.

These sold boats are excited, a little nervous, and very restless!

And then there are the awesome boats in stock waiting for new homes. Wayzata Marine still has some unbelievable opportunities on new Chaparral, Regal, Four Winns and Chris Craft boats as well as the pontoon boats from Barletta that are taking the industry by storm.

Pick me, pick me!

If they could, the boats would probably tell us to cry them a river (or ice dam) when it comes to whining about winter. So go on your spring break, or ski trip, or just hang out and relax in the comfort of your home and you'll be boating, tubing, wake boarding and chilling on the water in no time. But try to remember the boats!

Winter in Minnesota may be long and cold, but at least the driving is horrible!

See you soon!
